2011-2012 Fundraising Opportunities
Fall Fundraiser - This year's fundraiser will be a calendar lottery ticket that has the potential to raise $35,000 to $40,000 for our school. Every family of Aquinas Academy is required to participate by selling the calendar tickets. Calendars will be sold for $25. The calendars will have children's artwork on each month and will have five four-digit numbers. For more information, contact the school office or chairpersons, Allison Willis and Melissa Kenney.
Campbell Soup Labels, Tyson Chicken Labels, General Mills Box Tops & Shop N Save Receipts
Saving these items benefits our school each year. Send in the labels or receipts to your child's homeroom teacher. The labels/receipts will be totaled and sent to the respective company. Aquinas Academy receives the following money/donations/programs:
Box Top labels - 10 cents each
Tyson Chicken labels - 24 cents each
Shop N Save - various Science programs/assemblies
Campbell Soup labels - various items can be purchased from an educational supply catalog
TARGET - If you use your Target charge card you can designate Aquinas Academy to receive cash benefits when you use your Target charge card. Twice a year Target donates up to 1% of purchases made using the Target Visa and Target Guest Card to eligible schools designated by their guest. To date we have received, $1,251.00.
Giant Eagle Apples for Students - To register, go to www.gianteagle.com. Aquinas Academy's ID number is 1567.
Market Day - Market Day is a project where your family can purchase frozen food items. A percentage of the money you raise is applied directly to your tuition balance. Check the monthly family envelope for further details/flyer.
Bob Evans Community Fun Day - Our next Community Fun Day will be held on Thursday, December 8. Each family will receive four flyers in the December monthly envelope.
BON TON Care to Share Community Day - At various times throughout the year, coupon books will be sold. Check the monthly family envelope for further details on the next event.
