The Catholic School is a ministry
of the Church of Greensburg and of each parish. In an effort
to strengthen Catholic schools and to ensure the accessibility
of a Catholic education to all who desire one, the Diocese of Greensburg
has adopted the following tuition policy:
- Tuition is based on the cost of educating each student for
academic year.
- Parents who are interested in being considered for tuition
assistance must complete and submit a financial aid form within
the timeline established by the diocese.
- Parents may appeal to the diocese if they disagree with the
tuition-assistance award.
- Prompt payment of tuition is
required for the school to operate in a fiscally responsible
manner. A late fee will be assessed monthly on all delinquent
accounts. Families experiencing difficulties that affect
their ability to make their tuition payments should contact
the school principal or financial secretary.
- Children of families who have been delinquent for two months
and who have not contacted the principal will not receive reports
cards and will not be permitted to participate in field trips
and extracurricular activities.
- Families who have been delinquent for three months will be
given 10 days to make their account current. Failure
to meet this obligation will result in dismissal.
- Students who transfer from Aquinas to another school may
receive a prorated refund on their tuition. Arrangements
for such a refund must be made through the school’s administration
