Art Department – Mr. Luke Sassani
All grade levels are taught the basic art concepts. The art curriculum incorporates many areas, including drawing, design, painting, clay, and plaster work. Students are exposed to art history (periods and styles of art, details of famous artists) and are within walking distance of the Westmoreland Museum of American Art.
The Celebrate the Arts Event held in May of each year allows students to showcase their best art pieces from the school year.
